Soul SurvivorIt's not his fault he's a Cheesehead, Neil K. Warner was born in Madison, Wisconsin and moved to Utah in the 70's when his father Keith Warner, a college professor, left the University of Wisconsin to take a job teaching sociology at BYU.
Neil graduated from Brigham Young University in 1989 and is currently a sportswriter for the Daily Herald in Provo, Utah.
He has been published in more than 15 different magazines and his work has appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Vancouver Province, Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Wisconsin State Journal, the Salt Lake Tribune, Deseret Morning News, the Utah County Journal and Orem Daily Journal.
Neil loves a good cut of prime rib, the Milwaukee Brewers, his lizard collection, his mother, his wife and kids, not necessarily in that order, though some would beg to differ.
Neil currently lives in Lindon, Utah, with his wife Jeannie and three children, Aaron, McKinsey, and Samantha.
